So they reply back to my complaint by asking me again to contact them via e-mail. What a joke. I already tried contacting your customer support and did not get my complaint fixed. As a matter of fact my last few e-mails were ignored completely. I will be seeking further action via other avenues since I can't seem to get an appropriate response and can not dial a number to speak to a live person rather than playing tag on e-mails and having my e-mails ignored. Please do not ask me again to attempt communication via e-mail.

You lied about the prepaid cards btw. OF COURSE I SENT SEVERAL EMAILS REQUESTING MY MONEYBACK. AND THEY TELL ME THE CANNOT REPLY TO AN EMAIL I USE DAILY.. FRAUDS Frauds..don't delete my complaint. The help page clearly states that Discover Debit cards are supported, but when I add a card it says "not supported." When I tried to add the card from the website, it said only Visa and MasterCard are supported.
